Refund and Returns Policy

At SparkBadge, customer satisfaction is important to us—but so is quality control and fairness. Each LED badge is made with care, tested for durability, and crafted to meet our high standards. Because of the custom nature of our products and the sensitive electronic components, we’ve outlined the following strict yet reasonable return and refund terms:


📞 Step 1: Contact Us First

Before sending anything back, you must contact us at customerservice@sparkbadge.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return address if your request is approved. Any items sent without prior approval will be refused and returned to sender.


🔁 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, parts, and protective packaging are intact.
  • The product is not customized with personal logos or messages.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been installed, wired, or used.
  • Customized LED badges with logos, names, or patterns made specifically for you.
  • Sale or promotional items marked as final sale.

💵 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus any shipping and processing fees) will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether it’s a replacement or a fix.


❗ Fraud Prevention Notice

To protect our small business and customers, we log serial numbers and inspect all returned products. Products returned in used or altered condition, or products not originally purchased from SparkBadge, will not be refunded.
